Understated yet elegant correspondence cards. The plum blossoms from which this design is adapted are part of a woodblock print or brocade picture by Suzuki Harunobu (Japanese, 1725-1770), the master of the medium. Rich plum purple box holds white correspondence cards; box and cards both decorated with embossed plum blossom branch. Cards are 4 7/8 x 6 1/4 Inches.
