The Thermal Mailer insulated envelope is provided in a convenient compressed form of roughly 5/8" which expands to almost 3" after it is packed, sealed, and ready for shipping. It does not require an outer carton and comes with clearly printed instructions. Simply fill the insulated envelope with your refrigerant or thermally sensitive items, seal with the attached tamper-resistant pressure-sensitive tape, puncture the marked targets, and apply your postage label.
The envelope is insulated by a 1" piece of foam sealed in a durable plastic liner designed to maintain integrity and strength when used with standard refrigerants. The foam provides valuable cushioning, form-fitting crush resistance, and superior thermal properties.
Our Thermal Mailer can be also used to improve the thermal insulating value of your existing EPS solution.
